Randy Sexton has spent over 30 years in sales and sales development roles, helping organizations improve how they build pipeline, enable teams, and drive predictable revenue.

His work has supported companies at different stages—from fast-moving SaaS firms to established enterprise players—most recently leading global enablement initiatives at Cohesity. There, he helped shape sales development efforts that contributed to over $1 billion in ARR, improved rep readiness through targeted onboarding, and introduced scalable tools like MEDDPICC and pitch certification frameworks.

At Veritas, he led efforts to modernize the sales development function, working closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive a $40 million qualified pipeline. His hands-on coaching style and emphasis on structured programs helped increase conversion rates, rep confidence, and sales process consistency.
